Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Debbie Fulper and I am the proud owner of this fine salon.
I have twenty-four years experience in cosmetology and my salon first opened doors in December of 1996. I completed my studies at North Hunderdon Regional High School and Empire Beauty School.
